Patience is a Virtue...

Whew... it's been a while! Lot's of good things happening at Winnwood! We've been going through the fruit of the Spirit on Wednesday nights... tonight was 'patience' and the kids were pretty rowdy - a great object lesson for the adult leaders and I!
We have a great group coming on Wednesday nights - about 30-40 kids and 1/3 of them are neighborhood kids, many of which are not 'church kids'. Some of them keep inviting new kids each week! It's amazing how great the 'outreach' is working and we haven't really done anything to reach out. God is working. There is no doubt about it.
By the way, Star Wars III comes out at midnight tonight (Wednesday). I have already had two kids meals at Burger King this week to collect some of the 31 toys. Hope to see the movie in the next few days...
